Policies

Cancellations — Please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the total session value.

Arrival — Therapists arrive 20 minutes early to set up. Sessions begin at the agreed time — any delay on the client’s side is deducted from the session duration.

Health conditions — Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgery, or pregnancy before the session begins. Service may be declined if a health condition presents a risk.

Client conduct — Respectful behavior is expected throughout all sessions. The therapist reserves the right to end a session immediately if conduct is inappropriate or aggressive.

Privacy — All personal information is used solely to provide your service and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
