For those who have been to Medellin, you know nightlife in Medellin isn’t what people think.
It’s not hundreds of single women sitting around waiting to be approached. It’s much different.
Medellin nightlife is cliquey, it’s tricky and can even be challenging to navigate. Luckily, there is one place that most tourists can agree is one of (if not) the best clubs in Medellin.
Gusto Medellin
Gusto is a nightclub located right in the heart of the city’s main nightlife area, Parque Lleras
Parque Lleras is a small park with surrounding streets packed with restaurants, pubs, and clubs.
Right dab in the middle, like a beacon that almost seems to guide you, is Gusto nightclub.
One of the Best Nightclubs in Medellin
Most nightclubs in Medellin seem to be small, cramped, and not much emphasis on a VIP section.
Gusto is a US-style clubbed right in the middle of Medellin’s most popular nightlife sector.
It features dozens of tables, 4 VIP sections, and larger-than-life bouncers keeping the peace. The club also features an assortment of tequilas, vodkas, and whiskies along with beautiful waitresses.
But there’s a caveat that I’m sure you’ll get a kick out of.
Gentlemen’s Clubs in Medellin
The music is a mix of R&B, new age reggaeton, classic reggaeton, and hip hop. But that’s not all that we’re sure will impress you.
Gusto is also a club known to have dozens of female escorts at any given night. They pose as club attendees and will greet you and your friends at the bar.
They will hang out with you at your table, likely spend the evening with you and go home with you for the right price.
I added that caveat because Gusto is not only a club known for amazing parties. It’s also one of the best places to meet Roxanne-like females described by the band, The Police.
The club is open every night but we recommend going Wednesdays or Sunday nights. Expect to pay an entrance fee of about $7 USD and we recommend getting there by 10-1030.
Bottle service is expected so don’t think that they’ll waive the cover fee for a bottle or two.
What to Expect at Gusto Medellin?
Gusto Medellin is the perfect place to end your night after hitting up a top Medellin restaurant and rooftop bar.
For bachelor party groups and all-around guy trips, Gusto will have you at a top Medellin club with amazing women.
The VIP costs about $400 and includes one bottle of premium liquor along with a 15-person section. If you’re with a group of 6+ guests, we recommend the VIP as it will not only have you more comfortable but will also draw more girls to your table.
