The invoice, on the other hand, will have a seven-day validity period from the time it is issued and sent to your email or WhatApp.
The 50% downpayment marks the beginning of the commercial commitment and guarantees that prices will be maintained over time until the moment of using the services.
You agree to the terms and conditions by paying the invoice and accepting the services and values described in it.
The 50% deposit is required both to reserve a property for your stay and to secure the availability of all our other services. In other words, even if you pay for the vacation home first and then choose to add the services, you will still be required to put down a 50% deposit for the latter.
Take into account that the deposit is non-refundable. It is used to pay the initial cost to each of our partners, ensuring that the contracted service(s) will be provided on time and on the dates that have been set.
Medellin VIP will not commit to blocking any dates until the required deposit has been received.
The balance due must be paid in full one week before the day of the flight; otherwise, services will not be provided.
Please be aware that after you book the services, other clients will no longer be able to use them. Therefore, no monetary value of any type will be acknowledged or returned if it is not fully or partially used by you (the contracting party).
In the rare event of an official country shutdown, the entire amount paid will be returned within a maximum of 10 working days.

In the event that you decide to cancel, the total amount associated with the service(s) will be immediately applied to the outstanding balance. This excludes vacation home rentals, for which payments are non-refundable barring negligence or an inconvenience on our end.
Take into account that, if you’ve already made the final payment, you can use the remaining cash to use another service.
Punctuality is key; therefore, the vehicle assigned to pick you up will only wait for you for 15 minutes. After that time, it will either depart and the service will be considered to have been delivered, or there will be an extra fee per hour of transportation availability. Keep in mind that you are not the only group using our services; therefore, any delays brought on by poor punctuality may have an impact on the agenda of activities.
You may, however, cancel or reschedule a service or activity up to one week before traveling. The aforementioned is dependent on the availability of the agenda for the particular service(s) or activity(s).
Though there is some flexibility to make changes to the itinerary once you are in the city, these can only be reported one week in advance to allow enough time to manage logistics. Only one change is allowed per service or activity and is subject to agenda availability.
If you decide to get extra services while you´re already in the city or want to extend the hours of the services you have already hired, you can do so with prior notice and subject to availability. However, any outstanding balance on the invoice must be paid before leaving the city and returning to your home country.
